Complaints procedure

It is important to KWPS that you are satisfied with its services. For this reason KWPS works continuously on the quality of its service provision. Some complaints can be relatively easily resolved. If the origin of a complaint is further in the past, it may be more difficult to retrieve all the information that is necessary. If you have a complaint, then we would like to hear about it as soon as possible. We listen to you and look for an appropriate solution.

Advice and/or mediation in a specific product

If your complaint relates to advice on or mediation in a specific pension product of a specific insurer and we are unable to arrive at a satisfactory solution together, then you can take your complaint to the complaints institute ( KWPS is affiliated with Kifid under number 300.014643. Our firm has not committed itself to adhere to the advice of the Disputes Commission of Kifid in general. We discuss with you in advance whether the pronouncement of the Disputes Commission shall be binding for you and for us. If that is not the case, you can still turn to the civil courts.
