Dirk de Wit

Dirk graduated from the University of Tilburg in 2013 and has a masters in Economics and Finance of Ageing. For his graduation project, he conducted research for PGGM on the costs and proceeds of more freedom of choice in pension agreements, both from a financial perspective and in terms of group pensions and solidarity.
After having worked for a year with pension administrator Syntrus Achmea, Dirk commenced employment with KWPS in November 2014.
In 2019 Dirk completed the post master study ‘VBA Investment Management’ (Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam). Thanks to his range of studies Dirk has an in depth knowledge of pensions, pension investments and asset management.
Dirk advises amongst others on contract extensions, adjustment of pension schemes, early retirement, and questions of both fiscal and actuarial parts. On top of this, Dirk delivers HR managers clear insights in future personnel developments and advises on shaping HR-policy based upon the desired outplacement of (senior) firstname.lastname@example.org linkedIn
