Irma focuses on working collaboratively with both Dutch and international employers, in steering their pension policies and the subsequent workforce implementation required. She also leads matters in regard to contract extension and incorporation of new pension rules.

Irma stands out by her committed and principled approach in coordinating, checking and solving matters and therefore fulfils an essential bridging role between our insured clients and the various pension-providers. Aligned with her track record, Irma is versed in all corporate aspects as well as possessing outstanding people skills. She is rigorous in providing real clarity of the key issues, when dealing with complex matters such as pensions. Irma is persistent, analytical and a clear communicator whilst retaining her personal touch.

Irma studied at the University of Amsterdam before undertaking senior roles in BP an PwC among others. Following her post-graduate qualification in financial planning, estate planning and executor management, Irma spent her recent career advising on personal finance matters before joining the KWPS team in June 2023.
