Financial Supervision Act
KWPS advises on the content of pension legislation and assists with the selection of the best pension provider. If we advise you on or mediate in a specific pension product of a pension provider, this service is governed by the Financial Supervision Act (“Wft”). On the basis of this legislation and our duty of care as adviser, we request you to provide various information about the organisation. This is necessary in order to provide appropriate advice and to comply with the guidelines that the Financial Markets Authority (“AFM”) has published on this matter.

We describe the services that we provide and the agreements we make clearly and comprehensively for our clients. As a result of changes in legislation, all financial services providers are from now on required to make use of standardised documents about their services, which have been determined by the AFM. For our clients, we always make a tailor-made plan.
