After working as a CDD analyst at a major bank for some time, Dion sought a new challenge. He found this challenge in pursuing two master's degrees, namely 'Entrepreneurship' and 'Strategy and Organization.' In addition to this, he brings knowledge and skills from various fields to support consultants at KWPS in substantive tasks as a working student.

"The combination of being a working student and studying is ideal for me and provides insight into the consultancy field. It's great to see how diverse our team is; in my opinion, this diversity contributes to interesting perspectives when dealing with the assignments we handle."

Dion is analytically inclined and finds it intriguing to dissect challenges from multiple perspectives. He emphasizes collaboration with colleagues to provide them with the best possible support.
